Setia Awan was build on the premise that every person should have a home of their own. When we began life in Perak two decades ago, our founders make a promise. To help home buyers by building and delivering high quality properties that enhance their lives.

After delivering on this promise, we extended that pledge to the Klang Valley, and from there, we took our promise to more locations. Today, we have developments not just in Perak and the Klang Valley, but in Negeri Sembilan and Malacca as well. Eventually, we were able to deliver that emotion through other related businesses.

IO Architects Sdn Bhd is a team of 10 young, highly-driven, passionate Architects established since 2023. We believe in striving technologically and constantly discovering new methods to explore architectural ideas and concepts. Our team are steadfast in providing clients with a high level of personalised solutions through quality consultative approach in order tomeet the Client’s aspiration.

WDI DESIGN SDN BHD was incorporated as a consulting landscape architecture firm in February 2002. With work spanning over 21 years, WDI DESIGN SDN BHD has successfully completed over 130 projects in Malaysia.
